Full job description

Waltham Windmill Golf Club has vacancies for experienced bar & restaurant staff on a zero hours basis. This is a flexible opportunity that would suit somebody looking for part time work. Shifts will vary dependent on the club's needs, including busy weekends, competitions, functions and events.

Job Requirements

Provide friendly and welcoming service to members, guests and visitors
Take orders and serve drinks / food, offering table service where possible
Operate the till and handle both cash and card payments
Keep the bar and kitchen area clean, tidy and well presented
Restock drinks and supplies as required
Work flexibly across both the bar and restaurant environments
Proactively anticipate member, visitor & guests needs

What We’re Looking For

A friendly, outgoing demeanour with a positive attitude
A trustworthy, reliable and punctual individual
Someone who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
The ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends where required
Previous bar or hospitality experience (desirable)
Culinary & kitchen skills are a huge advantage - including food hygiene certification (highly desirable)
