Arriba Solutions | Leeds, Yorkshire | £13.00 per hour + performance-based commission | Zero Hours Contract

About the Role

Are you a people person who loves having real conversations and making a genuine difference? Arriba Solutions works with some of the UK's best-loved charities, and we're looking for enthusiastic Fundraising Consultants to join our team at shopping centres and retail sites across Leeds and Yorkshire.

You'll be engaging members of the public in face-to-face conversations, inspiring them to support incredible causes through regular charitable giving.

What You'll Be Doing

Representing charity partners at shopping centres and retail sites across Leeds and Yorkshire

Striking up friendly, engaging conversations with members of the public

Explaining the work of our charity partners and inspiring people to sign up as regular donors

Hitting personal targets and contributing to team goals

Upholding the highest standards of donor care and compliance

What We're Looking For

A confident, outgoing communicator (experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising is a bonus but not essential)

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-facing environment

Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude

Reliable and punctual with a professional manner

Looking to start or build on a career
