Full job description

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple fabrication and welding projects from award through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple fabrication and welding contracts simultaneously.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project programmes and resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Control project costs, budgets, variations, and financial performance.
Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Resolve project issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
Support estimating and tendering activities where required.
Ensure quality standards and contractual obligations are met.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within metal fabrication, structural steelwork, welding, or construction.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding standards, and site installation activities.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
