Experienced Butcher

Location: Rumwell Farm Shop & Café (In-Person) Type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent (Includes weekends) Salary: Discussed at interview

Top Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional butchery experience.
Technical Skills: Butchery, knife skills, breaking down carcus.
Efficiency: Ability to work at pace within a busy, high-volume production environment.
Attributes: Reliable, organized, and a collaborative team player with a "can-do" attitude.

The Role

Join our award-winning, family-run farm shop and café. We are looking for a skilled Butcher to uphold our high standards of quality and craft. You will be a key part of our team, producing fresh quality products in our air conditioned butchery.

Key Responsibilities.

Maintain a methodical, clean and organized workspace.
Communicate effectively within the team.

Originally a potato store, Rumwell has grown into a premier destination featuring a traditional butchery, deli, jam kitchen, and busy café. We pride ourselves on selling local produce—including beef and pork reared just four miles away on our own family farm.
