Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Nail Technician and unleash your creativity while delivering exceptional beauty and guest experiences! In this vibrant role, you will provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while fostering a welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and pampered, making every visit memorable. This paid position offers opportunities to showcase your skills, manage client relationships, and grow within a lively, supportive setting.

Duties

Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
Provide additional beauty services including eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage when applicable
Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Manage the front desk by scheduling appointments, greeting guests warmly, and handling client inquiries efficiently
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and boost revenue
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, special offers, and build community presence

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and safety protocols
Ability to perform eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage is highly desirable
Strong management skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules
