You’ll join as a Trainee (Associate Consultant) with a structured pathway to become a Sales Consultant within 12 months.

You’ll join an established MRO desk, initially focusing on candidate delivery and market learning, before progressing into a full 360 Sales Consultant role. Your progression plan:
0–6 Months – Trainee Phase
Learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Source and engage candidates for live roles
Build talent pools across the MRO sector
Support experienced consultants on client delivery
Generate leads and market intelligence
6–12 Months – Development Phase
Build ownership of candidate pipelines
Develop relationships with high-demand MRO professionals
Gain exposure to client interaction and requirements
Start developing commercial and sales capability
12+ Months – Sales Consultant
