Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Assistants. No previous sales experience is required, we provide full training, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities for career progression.

This is a face-to-face customer-facing role where you'll represent well-known brands, speak directly with customers, and help them find products and services that suit their needs. If you enjoy meeting new people, working in a fast-paced environment, and challenging yourself to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients professionally in residential and event-based campaigns.
Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations.
Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly and confidently.
Build rapport and create a positive customer experience.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Attend daily training sessions and team meetings.
Learn effective communication, sales, and customer service techniques.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
