Visa Documentation Agent

Salary – £26,436 + Benefits, Bonus & Travel allowance

Location – Manchester

Working style – Office based + Varying shifts – (Monday – Saturday)

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our applicants, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service, guiding applicants through application process.
Managing applications in accordance with established procedures.
Following an established and defined filing and administration process, guided by a computer-based system
Welcoming applicants, assisting with application completion, biometric data collection, and documentation.
Engaging with applicants to deliver outstanding service and support.
Maintaining accurate records and following administrative processes diligently.
Ensuring professionalism and a friendly demeanour at all times.

Required Skills and Experience:

Administrative proficiency with computer systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
Self-motivation and reliability, with excellent time management skills.
