Full job description

Clockwise offer flexible workspace and meeting rooms that are as personal as they are professional, in key locations across the UK and mainland Europe.

Clockwise Southampton, located at Mountbatten House - one of the city’s most prestigious landmark offices are currently on the look out for a Community Coordinator to join our friendly team!

Key responsibilities are:

Deliver the Clockwise Customer journey to all visitors, tenants and members.
Deal with membership enquiries
Participate in the creation of content suggestions for social media
Generate ideas/take part in planning and operational delivery of member event programming
Manage post and deliveries to the building, and incoming calls
Manage access control requests for new and departing tenants, colleagues, and members
Sign in contractors and visitors to the building in line with the agreed standards.

Key skills and experience

You will have experience in customer service, ideally from a hospitality or flex-space background, and hold an interest in creating and coordinating all different types of events.

Working pattern

Monday to Friday (office hours) with some evening work required for events

40 hours per week
