Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies and drive brand growth across digital channels. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that elevate our presence in the B2B marketplace. Your leadership will be crucial in managing cross-functional teams, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads within the B2B sector
Manage and oversee digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, email marketing, and content marketing
Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic, utilizing tools like WordPress and Adobe Photoshop for content creation
Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other analysis tools to inform data-driven decisions
Coordinate with creative teams to produce compelling copywriting for ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages
Lead project management efforts for multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
Supervise social media management efforts to engage target audiences effectively and build community presence
Monitor industry trends in B2B marketing to innovate strategies and maintain competitive advantage
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support lead nurturing efforts
Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to report on campaign results and strategic plans to stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing management within a B2B environment with a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies
Expertise in SEO techniques, Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop and WordPress for website updates and visual content development
Strong project management skills with the ability to organize multiple campaigns efficiently while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft persuasive copywriting for diverse audiences
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or cross-functional projects
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and presentations
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and IT systems supporting digital initiatives
Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable strategies
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
