The Blackmore Vale Ltd

Help us manage and grow long-term advertising partnerships across our group of leading local magazines.

The Blackmore Vale Ltd is seeking an organised, professional and customer-focused Contracts Manager to join our team.

This is a key role responsible for managing advertising contracts across our portfolio of publications, ensuring customers receive excellent service throughout their contract term and helping to maximise customer retention and renewal rates.

You will be the primary point of contact for many of our advertising clients, managing renewals, contract administration and customer enquiries while working closely with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor advertising contracts across our group of magazines
Track customer contract periods and renewal dates
Contact advertisers regarding upcoming renewals and future advertising requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Liaise with sales staff regarding customer requirements, renewals and advertising campaigns
Coordinate customer contract signing and administration processes
Maintain accurate customer records and contract information within company systems
Prepare renewal documentation and customer correspondence
Support management with reporting, contract tracking and administrative duties
Help ensure excellent customer retention and customer satisfaction levels

The Ideal Candidate

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident speaking with customers by telephone, email and in person
Strong administration and customer service skills
Able to build positive relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and company databases
Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
Professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused
Previous experience in account management, contract administration, customer service, advertising sales support or media would be advantageous
