Overview

We're looking for a General Manager for a Community pub in Ilminster. Salary up to £45000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Stonemasons is a community pub located in the lovely area of Illminster. It has a separate dining area and accommodates approximately 1000 covers per week. It also offers Pool, Darts and has TV viewing area that visitors can enjoy.

There is a mixed guest base including locals & families. There is a huge opportunity here to grow sales and take advantage of the footfall within the local area by introducing entertainment and live acts.

We are looking for operators that are community orientated that also have high volume food and wet led experience.

The Stonemasons is turning over £25,000 per week on a 60/40 dry lead split

Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 bedrooms with a separate entrance.
