Sales Administrator
Location: Strongdor Head Office, Morecambe (fully office based)
Salary: £28,000 per annum + discretionary bonus scheme, and other great benefits.
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm except for Wednesday which is 7:00am – 4:00pm.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales team and ensuring the smooth processing of customer quotations. We’re looking for an organised, motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing accurate and timely sales quotations using information provided by the Sales team.
Ensuring all quotation documents adhere to company standards and formatting requirements.
Identifying and flagging inconsistencies, missing information, or clarification requirements.
Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting process or system efficiencies.
Assisting with general administrative and ad hoc duties as required.

Previous experience in an administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Strong organisational abilities.
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
