Full job description

Nero Engineering is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our small office team. Engineering experience is preferred but not essential.

Job Summary

You will support the day-to-day running of the office by carrying out general administrative duties and helping ensure jobs are processed efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

Answering phones and emails.
Greeting customers and visitors.
Scanning, filing and general office administration.
Preparing and sending quotations.
Raising purchase orders.
Opening new jobs and preparing certification packs.
Completing supplier questionnaires and client paperwork.
Providing general office support as required.

Skills & Experience

Previous office administration experience.
Organisational skills
Able to work on your own and as part of a small team.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience in an engineering environment

Work Location: In person

Pay: £16.00 per hour
