Job Description

As the Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare to our passengers and crew. This role requires strong leadership, clinical skills, and the ability to handle medical emergencies effectively in a unique and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the onboard nursing team.

Provide comprehensive healthcare services to passengers and crew.

Ensure compliance with maritime health regulations and standards.

Conduct health assessments and manage medical records.

Handle medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

Offer advice on health and wellbeing to passengers and crew.

Maintain medical supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Registered Nurse with a valid license.

At least 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in an acute care setting.

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Experience in emergency care and trauma management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Willingness to travel and work onboard a cruise ship for extended periods.
