Established in 2014, we have grown from our original office in Ipswich to three locations across the UK – Ipswich, London and Edinburgh. Today, we support more than 70,000 companies, with clients based across the UK and internationally.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Website Executive to join our marketing team. This is a varied, hands-on role covering website management, SEO, content, analytics, affiliate marketing and wider digital marketing activity across several established brands. You'll work closely with our marketing, design and development teams to maintain and improve our websites, deliver marketing campaigns, create engaging content and identify opportunities to increase traffic, leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update content across our websites and client portal.
Carry out routine CMS changes, including updating pages, content, imagery and promotions.
Create content for websites, blogs, email campaigns and other marketing channels.
Support ongoing SEO activity and monitor performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Carry out website QA and identify content, usability and technical improvements.
Coordinate website changes and improvements with third-party developers.
Support paid advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn and Reddit, where required.
Manage and develop affiliate marketing partnerships and monitor performance.
Assist with email marketing, newsletters and social media activity.
Assist with future editions and promotion of our MYCO business magazine.
Support the wider marketing team with new campaigns, projects and initiatives.

Experience & Skills

3+ years' experience in digital marketing or a similar marketing role.
Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress or a similar CMS.
Good understanding of SEO, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and confidence troubleshooting straightforward website issues.
Strong copywriting, communication and organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
A good understanding of digital marketing channels and how they contribute to traffic, leads and conversions.
Desirable: Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn or Reddit), affiliate marketing, Mailchimp/email marketing, social media content or Google Tag Manager.
