Job Overview
We are looking for a Viewing Assistant part time - 2 to 3 days a week including Fridays and Saturdays - to help us create great experiences for our clients. You must have excellent local knowledge of Ipswich and surrounding areas.

At Palmer & Partners we're passionate about helping people find their perfect homes. We are a friendly team who value good relationships with our clients and believes every viewing should feel welcoming and enjoyable.

What you'll do

Welcome clients to property viewings with a smile and a friendly chat.
Share information about the properties and answer any questions visitors may have.
Keep the viewing area tidy and inviting.
Help schedule and confirm appointments for viewings.
Gather feedback from clients after viewings to help us improve.

What we are looking for

Great communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Excellent time keeping.
Ideally some property experience.
A team player who can also work independently.
Organised and detail-orientated, with a knack for making things smoothly.
Reliable and professional.
