Full job description

Job Type: Part time, office-based

Hours of work: 14 hours per week over 4 days. 10am – 2pm (Half hour unpaid lunch break)

We are a well-established and client-focused accountancy practice seeking an experienced Office Administrator. You will assist with the running of the office and communications with clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service. This is a part time role based in our offices in Prestwick.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and clients at reception
Set up meeting rooms
Answering phone calls
Processing mail
Assisting with client administration
Any other duties as may be required

Requirements

Proven experience in an office administration role, ideally within an accountancy practice
Strong communication and client service skills
High attention to detail
Excellent organisational abilities
Familiar with MS Office and ability to learn new systems
