Operations Administrator

We're supporting a well-established and growing financial services organisation in the search for an Operations Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in systems, reporting, and operational improvement. The role offers exposure to a broad range of business operations, with the chance to contribute to projects and process enhancements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and improvement of internal systems and processes
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and operational insight
Assist with system updates, testing, and implementation of new functionality
Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across business platforms
Provide support on operational and business improvement projects
Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments
Assist with documenting and improving operational procedures and workflows

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or systems support role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Experience working with CRM or back-office systems would be advantageous
