Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team within the medical device sector. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional projects in a highly regulated environment, ensuring successful delivery of innovative projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality and Logistics.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practice.
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Essential Requirements

Familiarity with project management tools, e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.
A recognised project management qualification, e.g. APM, PMP, PRINCE2.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Prior experience in managing budgets.
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
Effective issue management within projects.
Effective change control within projects.

Desirable

Experience working within product development or manufacturing environments.
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the medical device or similarly regulated industry.
Ability to interpret customer drawings, with some exposure to CAD software.
