About Us

Where's My Salad is a fresh food and coffee concept serving globally inspired salads, wraps, sandwiches, protein bowls, breakfast pots and grab-and-go products from the heart of Central London.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our team and help deliver great food, great service and a positive customer experience every day.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

The Role

As a Team Member, you will be involved in various aspects of the business, including food preparation, customer service, order assembly and maintaining high operational standards throughout the store.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic and willing to learn. Previous experience is welcome, but attitude and work ethic are just as important.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare salads, wraps, sandwiches, breakfast items and other menu products to company standards
Serve customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
Assemble customer orders and delivery platform orders accurately
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
Restock ingredients, packaging and front-of-house areas when required
Support opening and closing procedures
Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and inventory tasks
Work closely with both Front of House and Back of House teams
Help maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Flexible approach to working across different areas of the business
Previous hospitality, food service or retail experience is beneficial but not essential
