Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to deliver an exceptional, luxury-level service to our guests. The successful candidate will have previous hotel experience, a polished and professional manner, and a genuine passion for high-end hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to all guests
Handle guest requests efficiently, discreetly, and to the highest standard
Manage all keys and front desk operations
Process guest accounts, handle payments, balance floats, and ensure accurate banking
Report any discrepancies to the Duty Manager
Take and manage reservations, maintaining accurate records on the system
Liaise closely with Housekeeping to ensure seamless check-ins and special guest requirements
Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations
Ensure the Reception area is presented immaculately at all times
Maintain and update repeat and VIP guest profiles

Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel reception role is essential
Impeccable presentation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A passion for delivering outstanding luxury guest experiences

Working Hours

This role includes shift work, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
