As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Accounts & Customer Service Administrator who shares our passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This isn't just an accounts role. You'll become an important part of our customer journey, helping businesses with billing enquiries, account management and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

The Role

You'll be responsible for supporting both our Accounts and Customer Service teams, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service while maintaining accurate financial records.

No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with our Sales, Provisioning and Technical Support teams to make sure every customer is looked after.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

Raising invoices, credits and account adjustments.
Processing customer payments and Direct Debits.
Reconciling customer accounts.
Managing outstanding invoices and credit control.
Investigating and resolving billing queries.
Supporting month-end processes.
Maintaining accurate financial records.

Customer Service

Acting as a friendly first point of contact by phone and email.
Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
Keeping customers updated throughout their journey.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
Building long-term relationships with customers.
Maintaining CRM records and customer information.
Delivering the exceptional level of service Chaser Communications is known for.

What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have previous experience in accounts, finance administration or bookkeeping.
Enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships.
Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Can manage multiple priorities in a busy office.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

Experience with accounting software or CRM systems would be beneficial but isn't essential as full training will be provided.
