The Role

This role sits within our central marketing team, driving and supporting marketing activities for the EMEA region. It is part of the wider MBD team which supports delivery of our business development and client strategy. The marketing team is split across two locations – London and Newcastle.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious creative professional to join our brand and creative team. This role focuses on the creation of high-quality multimedia content, with a strong emphasis on video editing, motion graphics, animation, and graphic design.

Sitting within the marketing function, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver engaging, visually compelling content that supports campaigns, brand storytelling, and client communications. This role requires a strong blend of creative thinking, technical expertise, and design fundamentals. This role will report into the Design Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Create and deliver high-quality video and multimedia content across digital channels, including social and web
Manage full post-production workflows, including editing, colour grading, audio, and final delivery using Adobe Premiere Pro
Scope, design and produce motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, advising teams across the business
Develop graphic design assets for campaigns and communications, ensuring strong visual consistency
Prepare design work for production using Adobe InDesign, including layouts for digital and print collateral
Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop engaging visual concepts and campaign assets
Manage projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met
Provide creative input into storyboarding, scripting, and content planning
Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
Keep up to date with latest trends and innovation in video, animation, and digital design

Key Skills and Experience

Advanced proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Strong working knowledge of:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Motion graphics and animation workflows
- Video editing, colour correction, and audio post-production

Experience in

A multimedia, motion graphics or creative services role
A professional services environment is beneficial, but not essential
Digital design and interactive content creation tools would be an advantage e.g. Ceros or Foleon
A portfolio demonstrating video editing, animation and graphic design work
Ability to apply critical thinking when using AI-generated outputs, including checking accuracy, tone, inclusivity, confidentiality and alignment with brand, house style and strategic messaging
Basic understanding of responsible AI use in a professional environment, including data protection, confidentiality and the importance of human oversight

Creative and design skills

Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to create cohesive designs across video, motion, and static formats
Solid understanding of visual identity and brand systems
A strong eye for detail and design consistency
Photography skills, including shooting and basic photo editing, would be advantageous

Professional skills

Proven experience creating engaging multimedia and motion content
Strong storytelling and creative concept development skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, collaborative, and able to take initiative
Strong organisational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality outputs
Confident working both independently and within a team
