We're Hiring: Personal Sports Coach/PT
Locations: Maximum Fitness & Burnout Boxing

Are you a passionate and driven Personal Trainer looking to be a part of two of the most exciting training spaces in the North East?

We’re looking for a motivated PT to join the teams at Maximum Fitness and Burnout Boxing. With full access to both facilities, you’ll have the chance to train clients in an high-energy environment and a fully-equipped strength gym, while growing your presence within a buzzing fitness community.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional one-to-one and large group personal training sessions
Develop personalised fitness programmes tailored to individual client goals and capabilities
Educate clients on technique, safety, and lifestyle habits to support long-term progress
Track progress, provide regular feedback, and adapt plans to ensure results
Maintain a clean, professional and motivating training environment
Be an ambassador for our gyms - in and out of the gym

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 PT qualified (minimum) with solid knowledge of training principles, anatomy and exercise safety
Energetic, approachable and self-motivated.
Confident communicator, with the ability to coach, inspire and retain clients
Organised, professional and ready to grow your presence in a fast-paced, community-first environment
Experience in strength training or group fitness coaching. Experience in boxing would be great, but can be taught.
