Full job description

Job Title: Room Attendant.

Salary: £14.10 per hour.

Working Hours: 15 hours per week – 5 hrs per day (10am to 3.30pm)

3 days per week (normally Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays). You may occasionally be required to work some weekends.

Typically cleaning 7 rooms per day.

The role / duties:

As Room Attendant you will be required to carry out a range of tasks including:

· Cleaning and presentation of guest bedrooms and bathrooms.

· Cleaning and presentation of public areas.

· Assisting in other areas of the housekeeping department.

· Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and with hotel operating procedures.

Skills:

We are looking for someone with a broad range of skills and experience that should include;

· Social confidence. You must be able to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.

· A genuine passion for the task in hand.

· A keen eye for detail.

· Pride in your personal appearance.

· The ability to multitask and the drive to see things completed with the required attention to detail.

· Be a team player, ready and willing to assist your colleagues in all departments.
