Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator (Part-Time)

MediMD is a fast-growing professional skincare and aesthetics company specialising in advanced clinical skincare products, education, and treatment solutions.

With continued growth across our online, wholesale, and training divisions, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing brand in a varied role, helping to maintain accurate financial records and support the continued development of our business.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised individual to take ownership of our day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration.

Working closely with the management team and external accountants, you will ensure financial records are accurate, reconciled, and maintained to a high standard.

This role is ideally suited to someone with strong Xero experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Performing bank reconciliations
Preparing and reconciling VAT returns
Processing purchase invoices and expenses using Xero
Managing payroll administration
Reviewing and reconciling Wix and e-commerce transactions
Assisting with stock and inventory reconciliations
Investigating and resolving posting discrepancies
Maintaining accurate and organised digital financial records

Skills and Experience

Previous bookkeeping experience is essential
Strong working knowledge of Xero
Good understanding of VAT and financial reconciliations
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Experience within a manufacturing, e-commerce, or stock-based business would be advantageous

Hours and Flexibility

Part-time position
Flexible working hours available
Initially estimated at 1–2 days per week, with the opportunity for the role to grow alongside the business
