Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a strategic mindset, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation with a focus on B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and grow company presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Plan and schedule engaging content.
Create posts, stories, reels, videos and carousel content.
Increase audience engagement and follower growth.
Monitor performance and recommend improvements.

Paid Social Advertising

Create, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
Develop audiences and targeting strategies.
Create and test multiple advert formats.
Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting.

Marketing Automation & CRM

Manage marketing activity within HubSpot.
Create and distribute email campaigns and e-shots.
Build lead nurturing workflows and automated follow-up sequences.
Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer communications.
Maintain marketing databases and reporting.

Creative Design

Design engaging digital marketing assets including:
Social media graphics
Carousel adverts
Email campaigns
Flyers
Sales support materials
Promotional graphics
Event marketing materials
Edit images and videos for digital marketing use.
Ensure all content is professionally presented and aligned with brand standards.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business.
Strong experience with Meta Business Suite and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
Experience creating and optimising paid social campaigns.
Experience using HubSpot Marketing or similar CRM platforms.
Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

Video editing experience.
LinkedIn advertising experience.
YouTube content management.
Photography and content creation experience.
Experience working within B2B environments.
Experience supporting a sales team through lead generation activities.
