Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and vigilant SIA Door Supervisor to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at various venues, ensuring the safety of patrons and staff. This role requires excellent observation skills, a confident demeanour, and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism. The position offers an engaging work environment where safety and customer service are paramount.

Responsibilities

Monitor entry points and conduct thorough checks to ensure only authorised individuals gain access
Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorised or disruptive behaviour
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or hazards
Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents, including managing conflicts or emergencies
Provide first aid when necessary, ensuring prompt and effective assistance is given
Enforce venue policies and uphold licensing laws in a courteous manner
Record incidents accurately in detailed reports for future reference

Experience

Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential
Previous experience in security or crowd management is advantageous
Familiarity with loss prevention methods and conflict resolution skills
First aid certification is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided if required
