We’re hiring at Hussell Up

This is a key role in our team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, creativity, and doing great work. Someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard every single time, whether that’s managing a client account, filming content on-site, or replying to a message.

You’ll be organised when things get busy, calm under pressure, and confident communicating with clients face-to-face. You’ll understand that social media today is about far more than just posting content. It’s about understanding brands, telling stories properly, and helping businesses stand out online.

The role

You’ll work closely alongside Tess managing client social media accounts and content creation projects from start to finish.

This is a hands-on, creative role that combines social media management, content creation, client communication, strategy, and organisation.

You’ll be involved in planning content, attending shoot days, creating ideas, filming content, managing social accounts, and helping ensure every client receives a consistently high standard of service.

No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

What you’ll be doing

Managing client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Planning and scheduling content
Writing captions that match each client’s tone of voice and brand
Attending content shoot days alongside Tess
Filming and capturing high-quality content for clients
Supporting content creation ideas, trends, and creative planning
Communicating confidently with clients both online and in person
Helping clients feel comfortable and confident during filming
Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Keeping projects, deadlines, and client communication organised behind the scenes
Working collaboratively with the wider Hussell Up team

What we’re looking for

You understand social media beyond just trends and posting
You have experience creating content for brands or businesses
You have a creative eye and strong attention to detail
You’re proactive and take ownership without needing constant direction
You’re organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
You genuinely care about delivering work to a high standard
You stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure
You enjoy being part of a positive, ambitious team
Experience with content creation, filming, editing, Canva, CapCut, or social media management platforms is a real advantage.
A full driving licence is essential as the role involves travelling to client shoot days.

Monday to Friday
Flexibility required depending on shoot schedules
