Job Summary

Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Receptionist, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional patient experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using our practice management software
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and attention to detail
Handle incoming calls promptly, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain accurate patient records, insurance information, and appointment logs
Assist with billing procedures, including processing payments and verifying insurance coverage
Coordinate communication between patients, dental staff, and external providers to ensure seamless care delivery

Qualifications

Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office or similar tools
Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and scheduling
