We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR professional to join our expanding Human Resources team as an HR Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on HR experience who enjoys variety, takes pride in high-quality work, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient, responsive and professional HR service across the organisation. Supporting the full employee lifecycle, you’ll work closely with a range of staff, ensuring processes run smoothly and consistently.

This is a varied role where strong ICT, communication and organisation skills are required. In addition to this, you will need to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, along with the ability to prioritise workload. You will need to have some experience of HR related administrative duties in order to effectively undertake a broad range of activities, including:

End-to-end recruitment administration, from advertising roles to coordinating interviews and onboarding
Managing employee lifecycle processes including starters, leavers and contractual changes
Providing guidance to managers on a range of HR procedures and ensuring compliance with policies
Maintaining accurate HR and payroll system records
Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing responses and escalating efficiently and delivering excellent customer service

Please note this is a hybrid position, with a minimum office presence of 2 days per week.
