Join The PHL Group's flexible Warehouse & Fulfilment team. We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals seeking both permanent longer-term flexible opportunities and temporary work.
About the Role
You'll support both our warehouse operation and our busy contract packing department, helping to prepare customer orders and bespoke packing projects.
Typical duties include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Packing subscription boxes and promotional packs
- Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following company procedures and health & safety standards
Full training and a comprehensive induction will be provided, so previous warehouse experience is not essential. We're looking for people who are reliable, have a positive attitude, and will be a great fit for our team and company culture.
Working Hours
Our operating hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
This is a zero hours worker contract, meaning there are no guaranteed minimum hours. Shifts are offered based on customer demand and business requirements, so work will vary throughout the year.
Available shifts are released through our scheduling app at the same time each week, giving everyone an equal opportunity to accept available work. You are free to choose which shifts you accept.
Once you have accepted a shift, attendance is expected and any absence will be managed in line with the Company's Attendance Policy.
Our busiest period is September to January, when a higher amount of ad-hoc shifts are typically available, although work is available throughout the year across all of our departments.

Probationary Period
All new workers are subject to a 3-month probationary period, during which attendance, reliability, conduct and performance will be reviewed.
