Job Title: Data Centre Supervisor - (Qualifying Supervisor Fix Wire Testing) Business Sector: Data Centre Solutions, Critical Environment

Purpose Of the Job
To effectively supervise the day-to-day operation of the maintenance team to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the site’s Mechanical and Electrical services.
Key Responsibilities

Supervision of the Team in accordance with CBRE, Procedures and Policies.
Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites M&E Plant and Equipment and Services.
Compliance with and record keeping for CBRE ISO 9002/ 14001 and 50001 Quality Management Systems.
Assisting with and participating in the Call-out System.
Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems (BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators and LV Electrical Distribution and Switch Gear).
Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the area team ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.
Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
Advising the Contract Manager on labour levels and holiday/ absence cover
First line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors, including Inductions are in date and signing off and actioning minor works listed on service report sheets.
Record keeping including ensuring the Subcontractor Service Reports are received and filed after maintenance has been carried out.
Ensuring that P.O.’s are raised for any remedial work that has been listed on the service report and book in the work to be done.
Keeping the Client’s Critical Work System up to date, ensuring that any maintenance work is submitted at least one week in advance and that the engineers’ names, RAMS and any other paperwork required, is correct.
Utilising Help Desk and PPM systems to monitor staff’s performance and ensure service delivery.
Complete monthly scenario tests with the engineers.
You are also required to be the site HV Authorised Person.
Accountabilities

Accountable to the Contracts Manager
Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contacts.
