Scanning Technician (25-30 Hours per Week)

We're looking for a Scanning Technician to join our friendly team in Kidlington for upto 30 hours per week.

You'll be responsible for preparing, scanning, and quality-checking a wide range of client documents, helping businesses move from paper to digital records. If you're organised, enjoy hands-on work, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing documents for scanning, including removing staples and paper clips.
Scanning a variety of paper documents using professional scanning equipment.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with care.
Checking image quality and ensuring scanned documents meet our quality standards.
Naming and organising digital files accurately.
Reassembling documents where required and preparing completed work for return to clients.
Keeping the scanning area clean, organised, and running efficiently.

We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work.
Is comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Can manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Works well independently and as part of a small team.
Is reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
Previous scanning, document management, or office experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Be comfortable with our office dog.

Hours

25-30 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Working hours can be discussed.
