Full job description

We are looking for a responsible person to join our receptionist team. The successful candidate needs to be fully flexible and able to work evenings and weekends. This is a fast paced environment and the candidate needs to be able to work on there own and with in a team.

Essential qualifications

GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
Good standard of written and spoken English

Essential experience

Previous experience in a customer - facing role (e.g. hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer service)
Experience handling cash and card payments accurately

Desirable Experience

Previous experience working in a hotel reception or front office environment
Experience using hotel property management systems (PMS)
Experience handling guest complaints or resolving issues professionally

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Good it skills, including email and basic Microsoft office
Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Understanding of data protection and guest confidentiality
