Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Advanced Labourer Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a range of practical skills across various trades. This role involves undertaking diverse maintenance and repair tasks on-site, ensuring the safety, functionality.

The successful applicant will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality workmanship in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks safely and effectively.
Fabricate custom components or modifications as required for specific projects.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Ensure any company vehicle you are offered for work purposes is kept clean and tidy and you carry out low maintanance checks regularly.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, Wet trades and decorating
Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to construction and maintenance tasks.
Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Physical fitness suitable for manual labour tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights if necessary.
Valid relevant certifications or licences (e.g., CSCS card) are preferred but not essential.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
