Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Online Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a deep understanding of SEO and B2C marketing, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities

Creating and develop product landing pages
Develop and execute integrated online marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other digital channels to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience interactions.
Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct detailed analysis of campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel; prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2C marketing initiatives, including content creation, copywriting, and promotional activities.
Manage email marketing campaigns from design through execution, ensuring targeted messaging and high engagement rates.
Utilize WordPress and Adobe Photoshop for website updates and visual content creation.
Lead project management efforts for multiple campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Maintain organized records of campaign activities, budgets, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience with success in online marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on B2B environments.
Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Ads management, social media management, and email marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Analytics.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Effective copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
Demonstrated project management capabilities with excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly across teams.
Leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring team members preferred.
IT literacy with familiarity in managing digital tools and platforms efficiently.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
