Full job description

Job Summary

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

The successful candidate will be based within our busy Care at Home live monitoring team and will be office based. Candidates will be required to work the following shift pattern a rolling 4 on 4 off rota, alternating weekly between early shift (07:00am – 4.00pm) and late shift (2.15pm – 11.15pm). Candidates will be responsible for monitoring and reporting live scheduling system. Candidate's will be required to provide a high quality, fast paced customer focused service. Dealing directly with queries from colleagues and customers through appropriate communication. Entering and maintaining data from a range of computerised and manual systems, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity where appropriate. Produce correspondence, reports and presentations to ensure clear records are maintained and delivered within agreed standards and timescales. Ensure that policies on Records and Information Management are strictly adhered to. (Unsocial hour payment allowance is also included)
