About the Role
As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll work closely with our clinicians and practice teams to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from their first enquiry through to completion of treatment.
This is a patient-focused role where you'll help guide patients through treatment options, answer questions, coordinate appointments and support patients in making confident decisions about their dental care.
Your dental nursing knowledge will allow you to explain treatments clearly while ensuring patients always feel comfortable and well supported.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and build strong relationships with new and existing patients.
* Coordinate consultations for implants, Invisalign, cosmetic and restorative treatments.
* Support clinicians during consultations where appropriate.
* Explain treatment plans and associated costs clearly and professionally.
* Guide patients through finance options and payment plans.
* Follow up enquiries and consultations to help patients progress with treatment.
* Coordinate appointments to ensure a seamless patient journey.
* Liaise with clinicians, reception teams and management to deliver outstanding patient care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment tracking.
* Help achieve practice growth through excellent patient communication and outstanding service.

You will ideally have:
✔GDC Registered Dental Nurse
✔Previous experience in a dental practice
✔Previous Treatment Coordinator experience
✔Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔Confident discussing treatment options and fees
✔Strong organisational and administrative skills
✔A warm, professional and approachable manner
✔Excellent attention to detail
✔A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
