Overview

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their skills in B2B sales, client engagement, and channel sales. The successful candidate will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the overall growth of our organisation. Strong, presentation and communication skills, are essential for success in this position.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll spend most of your week out visiting customers, learning the industry and building relationships. You'll learn how to:

Build a successful sales territory.
Visit kitchen showrooms and fabrication businesses.
Deliver product demonstrations.
Learn professional selling techniques.
Generate product specifications.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Manage your own diary and customer base.

No two days will be the same.

Working Pattern This is a field-based role covering South Midlands through to North London. We operate a structured hybrid working pattern:

4 days each week visiting customers.
1 administration day working from home to organise your diary, update CRM, prepare quotations and plan your week.
