Location: Hertfordshire, London/M25 Area
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Job Type: Full-time

Overview:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Demolition Labourers to join Lowery Demolition, part of the O’Brien Group of companies. Candidates must hold a valid CCDO Card and will support a range of demolition projects. The role includes assisting with site clearance, soft strip activities, and general labouring duties, while maintaining strict health and safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general demolition labouring duties
Assist with soft strip, site clearance and material removal
Operate basic tools and equipment safely
Follow instructions from supervisors and site management
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations
Maintain a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

Valid CCDO Labourer Card
Previous demolition or construction site experience (preferred)
Good understanding of site safety practices
Ability to work as part of a team
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Asbestos awareness (desirable)
