Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent across various sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within human resources and recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates to meet their staffing needs. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through social media management, networking, and other channels to build a robust talent pipeline
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting interviews, and presenting shortlisted candidates to clients
Utilise ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and advise on best recruitment strategies
Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools for client relationship management and sales activities
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding procedures
Keep abreast of industry trends and utilise social media platforms for employer branding and candidate engagement

Skills

Proven experience in lead generation within a recruitment or human resources environment
Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong relationship management skills to foster trust with clients and candidates alike
Familiarity with HRIS systems and social media management tools for recruitment purposes
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of sales techniques relevant to recruitment consultancy roles
Organised approach with attention to detail in record keeping and candidate tracking
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and recruitment tools
