Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Trainee Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This paid entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills, learn about the automotive industry, and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Engage with customers and prospects via phone and in person to promote our vehicle inventory and services
Assist in developing sales strategies through effective communication and relationship building
Support senior sales staff with lead generation, follow-ups, and upselling opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Cultivate strong organizational skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experiences
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader client base
Basic understanding of B2B (business-to-business) sales concepts is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer data and appointments
Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn new systems
Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales, customer service, and professional growth
Ability to maintain professional phone etiquette and positive attitude in all interactions
