We’re looking for a Group Payroll Administrator to join our People Team and support payroll across both the UK and Canada.

The What...

Working closely with the People and Finance teams you will:

Processing payrolls across the UK and Canada
Calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, statutory payments, deductions and benefits
Validating payroll data, including starters, leavers and changes
Reconciling payroll reports and investigating discrepancies
Ensuring compliance with UK (PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP/SPP) and Canadian payroll legislation

Managing right to work and eligibility documentation
Supporting year-end processes (P60s, P11Ds, T4s, RL-1s)

To be successful, you'll have:

Payroll experience (UK and/or international payroll experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Confident working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms and Excel
Strong communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
A qualification in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field would be beneficial.
