Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our vibrant estate agency team. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about property and client relations to advance their careers in a supportive environment. The role involves engaging with clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals to achieve successful outcomes for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their requirements and provide tailored property options.
Conduct property viewings in a professional and welcoming manner, highlighting key features to potential clients.
Negotiate offers between vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage the entire sales and lettings process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice throughout the transaction process.
Assist with administrative tasks such as updating listings, preparing contracts, and managing client databases.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Keep abreast of local property market trends and relevant legislation to provide informed guidance to clients
Requirements
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; a proactive attitude towards learning is important.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous in serving a broader client base.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
A professional approach with high levels of integrity and attention to detail.
A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to travel between properties as required.
A genuine interest in property sales and lettings, coupled with a customer-focused mindset. This role provides an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to grow within the property sector while delivering outstanding service to clients.
Must have own car and FULL UK Drivers Licence
