About Crouch Physio
Crouch Physio Ltd is an award-winning, growing physiotherapy clinic located in the heart of leafy Cockfosters, North London. Based within the state-of-the-art Athletic Development Club, we provide outstanding musculoskeletal care to a diverse client base, from children and older adults through to elite athletes.
This year, we were proud to receive our third Clinical Excellence Award from the prestigious Global Health & Pharma (GHP) Holistic Health Awards, being recognised as the 'Best Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic – 2026'. This award reflects our unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, outstanding patient care, and continuous innovation.
Our clinic is home to current and former professional footballers, academy players, and some of the UK's leading professionals. While you'll have the opportunity to work with high-level sporting clients, the majority of your caseload will involve treating members of the general public with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
We pride ourselves on delivering evidence-based care, exceptional patient experiences, and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes. We are now looking for a passionate and motivated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Industry-Leading Technology
At Crouch Physio, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of evidence-based care by investing in the latest rehabilitation and performance technology. Our clinicians have access to industry-leading equipment that enhances assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-performance decision-making.
As part of our commitment to clinical excellence, you will have access to:
- VALD ForceDecks Force Plates for objective movement analysis, strength testing, balance assessment, and return-to-sport decision-making.
- ActivForce Digital Handheld Dynamometers for accurate, objective strength testing and monitoring patient progress throughout rehabilitation.
- Compex Muscle Stimulation Systems to assist with rehabilitation, pain management, muscle activation, and recovery.
- Automatic Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Therapy Systems, allowing patients to build strength and recover effectively while training with lower loads.
We believe that combining outstanding clinical reasoning with cutting-edge technology enables us to provide measurable outcomes, optimise patient recovery, and deliver the highest standard of physiotherapy care.
The Role
As a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, you will assess, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate clients using evidence-based practice. You will manage your own varied caseload while contributing to the continued success and reputation of Crouch Physio as one of the leading physiotherapy clinics in Enfield and the surrounding areas.
You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals, providing exceptional clinical care and building long-term relationships through outstanding communication and professionalism.
At Crouch Physio, we are passionate about developing exceptional clinicians. We are committed to supporting your ongoing professional growth through monthly in-house CPD sessions, where the team shares clinical knowledge, discusses complex cases, and reviews the latest evidence-based practice. In addition, you'll receive an annual CPD budget to support external courses and training, helping you continue to develop your clinical expertise and progress your career.
