Full job description

At Temple Row Wealth Management, we believe financial advice is about much more than investments. It's about helping people build the future they want with confidence.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and client-focused Client Account Executive to become the trusted first point of contact for our clients.

This is not a traditional administration role. You'll take ownership of client accounts, coordinate investment and pension transactions, liaise with providers, solve problems and ensure every client receives the exceptional service we're known for.

What you'll be doing

Managing client investments, including contributions, withdrawals, transfers and other account transactions.
Building trusted relationships with clients through exceptional communication.
Liaising with pension providers and investment platforms.
Preparing documentation for client review meetings.
Coordinating new business applications and client onboarding.
Tracking outstanding actions and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Managing letters of authority and provider correspondence.
Supporting advisers with the smooth running of client portfolios.
Helping deliver the Temple Row Client Experience from first enquiry through to ongoing reviews.

We're looking for someone who:

Loves delivering outstanding customer service.
Has exceptional attention to detail.
Is highly organised and enjoys managing multiple priorities.
Can communicate professionally with clients and providers.
Thinks proactively and enjoys solving problems.
Is confident using technology and learning new systems.
Ideally has experience within financial services, although we'll provide training for the right person.

We work Monday – Thursday, 8am to 4pm (read about our 4-day Work Week)

There is a company pension scheme

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
