Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join our vibrant property team! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the rental process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your passion for customer service, combined with excellent communication skills, will help us build strong relationships and secure successful lettings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the property rental industry, working in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and multilingual abilities will truly shine.

Duties

Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their rental needs and preferences
Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and answering questions confidently
Negotiate lease terms and rental prices to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements, updating records, and processing applications efficiently
Coordinate with property owners and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for viewings and occupancy
Maintain organized records of all interactions, viewings, and negotiations to ensure seamless workflow
Support marketing efforts by promoting available properties across various channels to attract potential tenants

Experience

Previous administrative experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable
Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients
Proven organizational skills to manage multiple viewings and administrative duties simultaneously
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
Familiarity with property management software or CRM systems is advantageous
