WE’RE HIRING

Digital Marketing, Content & Brand Leader

Beercocks is looking for a creative, commercially minded, and driven person to help grow one of the region’s leading property brands.

This is far more than just a social media role.

You’ll play a key part in shaping the digital presence of Beercocks and Fine & Country across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, email marketing, nurture journeys, paid campaigns, and wider digital strategy.

You’ll work closely with directors, internal teams, external SEO, PPC, website, and paid advertising partners, while reporting directly to senior management to help grow audience engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and overall digital performance.

We’re looking for someone who understands content, creativity, branding, and digital growth. Someone who can think commercially, spot opportunities, create engaging content, and help push our marketing forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and growing our social media platforms
Creating engaging video and digital content
Filming and editing content for campaigns and property marketing
Planning content strategies across Beercocks and Fine & Country
Monitoring engagement, growth, and campaign performance
Reporting performance and insights back to senior management
Writing blogs, newsletters, and email marketing content
Supporting nurture journey campaigns for buyers and sellers
Liaising with SEO, PPC, website, and paid advertising partners
Researching trends, competitors, and new content opportunities
Maintaining strong and consistent branding across all platforms

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube
Confidence using tools such as Canva and CapCut
Strong organisational and communication skills
Creative mindset with a good eye for branding and design
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
A proactive and positive attitude
Full UK driving licence essential

We understand no candidate will have experience in every single area of this role, and that’s absolutely fine.

If you’re creative, organised, proactive, and excited by digital marketing and content growth, we’d still love to hear from you - even if there are one or two areas you’ve not yet worked in directly.

Some parts of the role can be trained. What matters most to us is attitude, initiative, creativity, willingness to learn, and the ability to help drive our brands forward.

Full or part time considered.
